ISA provides its members many leadership opportunities through various initiatives. ISA works on initiatives to achieve the visibility for the Indian Semicon industry.

ISA acts as a catalyst for all the Semicon industry specific information: 

• Mailers – ISA sends regular information to its members on various topics like government policies, opportunities in the domestic and export markets, information on seminars/conferences abroad.
• Databases – ISA publishes an ISA Members Directory on an annual basis. It is the only comprehensive compilation of companies in the semiconductor ecosystem in India.
• Brand - Build a brand for the Indian semiconductor industry and create global awareness about the Indian semiconductor industry through market research reports, surveys, international delegations, and events
• Talent - Meet the need for human capital and sustained R&D efforts through collaborations with universities and academic institutions. ISA aims to bridge the gap between industry and academia. "ISA Technovation": is an initiative to promote semiconductor research in the country’s R&D institutes and encourages innovation in core technology areas
