Dr C Chandramouli IAS

Dr C Chandramouli joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1985. During his tenure, he has held various significant positions. He also served in the Indian Police Service for 2 years. Dr Chandramouli has authored three books on the art and culture of Tamil Nadu. He has written many articles on public finance.

Dr Chandramouli holds a MA in International Politics and a Ph D in Public Finance.
