Dr C S Rao is Advisor,
Information Technology, Government of Andhra Pradesh and
CEO, APInvest. He was with the Indian Airforce for 21 years
and took Voluntary Retirement as Wing Commander in 1997.
During his tenure he worked as Chief of Radar Technical
Team and Senior Technical Officer for various missile guidance
Radar establishments and as a Systems Leader in the Branch
of Electronic Warfare. He was also a Chief Engineering Officer
for a fleet of aircraft in IAF. Subsequently, he worked
as Additional Director at Software Technology Parks of India
under Ministry of IT&C, Government of India at Bangalore
and Hyderabad.
Dr Rao holds a BE degree from REC Warangal,
an M.Tech degree from IIT New Delhi and a Ph.D from Delhi
University.
