Presently he is serving in the capacity of Corporate VP with Moser Baer India Ltd (~$450M sales high-tech company). Prior to this he served as Founder/CEO of Innovative Business Transformation (IBT), and has successfully converted and transitioned US Companies into global outsourcing. He has previously worked in diverse leadership roles including, VP of Planning & Analysis with Countrywide Financial Corporation, Program Management, Engineering, and Six Sigma Leadership roles with AlliedSignal/Honeywell Aerospace, Engineering Leadership role with Tenneco Automotive, and IT Techno-Business Leadership role with Kaiser Permanente, all based in USA. He is the primary recipient of a US Patent and has received the R&D 100 Award among other awards and honors. He has also published over 15 refereed articles in various journals and conferences. He received his BTech from IIT Kanpur, PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University, MBA from Arizona State University and Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from Honeywell Aerospace.”
