Media

In the build up to Vision Summit, 2009 to be held in Bangalore, here is an overview of the assistance that the ISA will extend in terms of pre-event, onsite and post event publicity. Our goal is to maximize the visibility through this event for the ISA and participating companies and then the larger eco-system.

Media Room / Working Area

ISA will provide computers with internet connections at the venue for the use of media only. The basic facilities will include

A media registration desk
Representatives of ISA’s PR agency to co-ordinate requests
ISA will provide meeting room for media to meet with the key company spokesperson
This will be a good platform to make company announcements in presence of global media and target audience. ISA has allotted a special hall for such press meets. This booking can be done on first cum first basis

Press Releases and Media Updates from the ISA

Press release and media updates will be posted on the ISA site on the date of dissemination
Key pieces of coverage will be available on the website

Press Releases

ISA must approve all releases containing ISA quotes
ISA requires 5 working days to fulfill this process
ISA does not distribute releases for their members and sponsors

Interviews for key spokespersons of participating companies

ISA does not undertake the facilitation of focused interviews for key spokespersons of participating companies
ISA will pass on enquires received or give the journalist the contact at the company

Media and Analyst List

ISA’s media database is proprietary and we will not be available for reference
Details of media partners and pre registered media will be shared on the ISA website, subject to their approval

Banner and Tiles on Web Sites

ISA urges you to post banners on your website
We also urge you to avail of opportunities available to advertise on the ISA website
